• Registration Data: Email registered or provided by Google Authentication, and password (encrypted).
• Usage Information: Log of connected devices and session time to control licenses (screen limits).
• Playlist URLs: M3U list addresses or Xtream Codes credentials provided by the user for cloud synchronization across devices.
• Payment Information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

• Manage your account, subscription, and authenticate your access to native and web applications.
• Synchronize your IPTV playlists, favorites, and history across your devices (mobile, TV, PC).
• Apply the limit of simultaneous screens according to your contracted plan.
• Process payments through our billing partners.

3. Protection and Security

We employ industry best security practices, using secure enterprise cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Edge Global Serverless KV) with encrypted databases. User passwords are protected by irreversible hashing. Communication between the application and servers occurs under secure protocols (HTTPS/SSL).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties (such as Stripe for payments and Firebase for authentication) who assist us in operating our service, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Management and Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the support email or by using the deletion option available in the Subscriber Hub.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage exclusively for session authentication, interface language preferences, security against automated brute-force attacks, and player caching. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or sale to third-party data brokers.
